Roger William Tweedy
MT. PLEASANT - Roger William Tweedy, 71, of Mt. Pleasant, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2001, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday Nov. 13, at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Paul Goossen and the Rev. Jim Hughes officiating. Following the services, the body will be donated to the University of Iowa for medical research. Visitation will be held from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Memorials may be directed to Oakland Mills Community Church or the American Cancer Society.
