Roma George Sliger
Roma George Sliger, 99, of Mt. Pleasant, and formerly of New London, died on Tuesday, Sept. 19, at his home at Sunnybrook.
Service will take place at the Elliott Chapel in New London at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, with Pastor Dot Hasler officiating. Burial will take place at the Aspen Grove Cemetery in Burlington. Visitation will be during the afternoon on Friday, Sept. 22, at Elliott Chapel, and family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. A memorial has been established to the United Methodist Church and the Hospice of Central Iowa.
