COLUMBUS JUNCTION ? Ronald Dean Carpenter, 76, of Columbus Junction, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, in Trinity Hospital in Muscatine.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 25, at the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction. (Attendees are asked to wear their Hawkeye clothing if they have it.) Burial will be in the Letts Cemetery. Following the committal services at the cemetery, a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Letts Community Center. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. A general memorial fund has been established.
