Ronald "Ron" R. Roland, 64, of Fairfield, passed away at his home Wednesday, January 13, 2021.

Ron was born on January 29, 1956, in Fairfield, to Raymond and Doris (Davis) Roland and was a lifelong resident of Fairfield. He graduated from FHS in 1974 and attended Indian Hills Community College.

Ron married Penny Hollander September 2, 1978, and they became the proud parents of Amy Nicole and Megan Renee. They later divorced.

He worked for many years at the ANR Pipeline in Birmingham and later at Orscheln's in Fairfield.

Ron always liked classic cars, MOPAR and Motorcycles, and enjoyed shooting skeet with the Fairfield Gun Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Ralph and Ruth Roland and Lewis and Bessie Davis.

Ron will be dearly missed by his daughters, Amy (Jeremy) Borcherding of Redfield and Megan Roland (Brian Murillo) of Norwalk; grandchildren, Cooper, Layna and Hudson; his sister, Debi (Steve) Sammons of Mt. Pleasant; and his special Aunt, Linda Burger of Fairfield.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at Behner Funeral Home.

A private Celebration of Life service will be held with Pastor Chris Fiske officiating.
