Roscoe B. Townsend, 80, of Pratt, Kan., formerly of Salem, died, Nov. 26, 1999, at Pratt, Kan.
The memorial service was on Dec. 3, at Haviland Friends Church with the Revs. Everett Jantz, pastor of Haviland Friends Church; Dr. Bruce Hicks, Superintendent of Mid America Yearly Meeting; and Maurice Chandler, president of Barclay College officiating.
