Roy D. Miller
Roy D. Miller, 72, of Wayland, died suddenly Friday, Oct. 10, at Washington County Hospital.
A funeral service was held at 10:30 a.m. today, Oct. 13, at Beatty Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Don Lowe officiating. Burial will be at Sugar Creek Mennonite Cemetery, with military honors.
A memorial has been established for the Wayland Rescue Squad.
He was born July 5, 1936, in Kirksville, Mo., the son of Willie and Mabel Shumaker Miller. On Dec. 21, 1968, he married Luella Alliman in Washington.
