Roy S. 'Bud' Christofferson November 30, 1937 - February 9, 2004

Roy S. "Bud" Christofferson, 66, of Hedrick, died on Monday, Feb. 9, 2004, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.

      The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 13 at Fremont Funeral Chapel in Fremont. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to the time of service on Friday at the chapel. A memorial has been established.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Audrey Kirkhart of Ottumwa, and Rhonda Christofferson of Hedrick; two sons, Carl Christofferson of Wayland, and Roy Christofferson Jr. of Hedrick; 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and three step grandchildren; three sisters, Delilah Bloomer and Jody Christofferson, both of Burlington, and Dixie Christofferson of Gladstone, Ill., and a brother, John Christofferson of Oquawka, Ill.

      He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and three brothers.
