Russell L. Griggs
Russell Lowell Griggs, 93, of Ellisville, Mo., died Sunday, Nov. 16, at St. Luke's Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
A funeral service was held Wednesday, Nov. 19, at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca, with the Rev. Melissa Drake officiating. Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery in Hancock.
Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca, Iowa was in charge of arrangements.
He was born Nov. 18, 1914 near Washington, the son of Dewitt and Annie Weaver Griggs. On Feb. 15, 1938, he married Mary McMillen in Washington.
