Russell P. Wagner
Russell P. Wagner, 75, of Mt. Pleasant died at 9:35 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23, 1999, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, at St. Michael?s Episcopal Church in Mt. Pleasant. Burial with military honors will be in Forest Home Cemetery. Visitation began after noon today, Friday, at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel with family present from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Memorials have been established.
