Ruth A. Skaggs
LONE TREE - Ruth A. Skaggs, 95, of Lone Tree, died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008, in the Crestview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in West Branch.
Funeral services will be at a later date in the Restlawn Cemetery in Ansted, W.V. The Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Lone Tree is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Skaggs was born Oct. 23, 1912 in Russellville, W.V., the daughter of James C. and Uriah (Mitchell) Campbell. She married Arthur L. Skaggs on Aug. 25, 1934 in West Virginia.
