Ruth Ann Fletcher

WAPELLO - Ruth Ann Fletcher, 95, of Wapello, died Tuesday, April 15, 2008, in the Wapello Nursing and rehab Center in Wapello.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 19, in the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home in Wapello with the Rev. Sue-Ellen Sherman officiating. Burial will be in Columbus City Cemetery. Family and friends will gather for lunch and fellowship at the United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall following the committal. Visitation will be after noon Friday in the funeral home where the family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Keck Memorial Library and the Wapello Volunteer Fire Department.

      Mrs. Fletcher was born June 10, 1912, in Columbus City, the daughter of Perry Alfred "Fred' and Rhoda Ann Marion Morrison. She married Knowlton Llewellyn Fletcher on May 27, 1933 in Muscatine. He died March 25, 2000.
