Ruth Delores Godwin

Ruth Delores Godwin, 68, of Fairfield died Sunday, Feb. 26, 2006, at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.

      A service is set for 10 a.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home, with the Rev. Frosty Van Voorst officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

      Open visitation is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, with the family present from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Jefferson County Cancer Society. Online condolences may be sent via www. behnerfh.com.

      Mrs. Godwin was born March 8, 1937, at home in Glasgow, the daughter of Russell and Mary Morris Keller. She married Glenn Godwin Feb. 17, 1961. He died Sept. 13, 1980.
