Ruth Elizabeth 'Betty' Stoutner
KEOTA - Ruth Elizabeth "Betty" Stoutner, 84, of Keota, died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2002, at Maplewood Manor in Keota, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, in the United Church of Faith in Keota, with the Rev. Melinda Chambers officiating. Burial will be in Keota Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota.
