Ruth Ellen Couch
KALONA - Ruth Ellen Couch, 85, of Kalona died on Monday, March 12, 2007 in her home.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 16 in the Kalona Mennonite Church with the Rev. Scott Swartzendruber and the Rev. Mick Murray officiating. Burial will be in Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the Yoder-Powell Funeral Home in Kalona. Memorials may be made to the Kalona Mennonite Church.
Mrs. Couch was born Aug. 26, 1921 in Kennett, Mo., the daughter of Clarence and Lilly (Amick) Moore. She married John "Dick" Couch on June 14, 1940 in Normandy, Mo.
