Ruth (Foster) Viggers
Ruth (Foster) Viggers, 93, of Washington died Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2006 in the United Presbyterian Home following a decline in health.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28 in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Interment will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon Friday where family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Washington County chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
Mrs. Viggers was born March 7, 1913 in Jackson Township, Washington, the daughter of John and Susan (Shaw) Foster. She married Stephen Viggers in 1950 in Washington.
