Ruth M. Ziegslowski

Ruth M. Ziegslowski, 88, of Wayland, died Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010, in the Parkview Home in Wayland following a brief decline in health.

    Celebration of life services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, at the Wayland Mennonite Church in Wayland with the Rev. Kelly Slagle and the Rev. Pam Unruh officiating. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Eicher Cemetery in rural Wayland. Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions will be donated to charities.

    Mrs. Zieglowsky was born Feb. 15, 1922, in Havre, the daughter of Samuel and Fern (May) Baker. She married Carl D. Zieglowsky on Oct. 25, 1940, at the Eicher Parsonage near Wayland.
