Ruth Starr Hunt

      Ruth Starr Hunt, age 91, of Fairfield, passed away Friday, March 23, 2007 at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

      Visitation with the family present will be held 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, March 26, 2007 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

      Following her wishes, the body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held 10:30 AM, Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. Pastor Gary Van Nyhuis will officiate. Burial of cremains will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield.

      The family wishes memorials in lieu of flowers to be made to the church of the donor's choice or Victory Fellowship Church of Brighton.

      Ruth Starr Hunt was born June 19, 1915 in Washington, Iowa, the daughter of James Arthur and Emma Estella (Roberts) Starr. Ruth was united in marriage with Thomas Ball Hunt in June 12, 1937 in Fairfield, IA.
