Ruth Tufte
Ruth Tufte, 67, of rural Gilman, died on Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 15, at the Strand Community Church of Dunbar with the Rev. Steve Goshon officiating. Cremation rites will follow the service with private burial at a later date at the Strand Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 14, at the Estel-Perrin-Avey Funeral Home, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. and a memorial video tribute presented during the visitation hours.
