Samuel Howard Kemp, 84, of Kalona
KALONA ? Samuel Howard Kemp, 84, of Kalona, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011, in the Pleasantview Home in Kalona following a lengthy illness.
Celebration of life services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7, at the Fairview Conservative Mennonite Church in rural Kalona with the Rev. Perry Miller, the Rev. Don Swartzentruber and the Rev. Leon Stutzman officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church. A memorial fund has been established for Pleasantview Home and Iowa City Hospice. Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona is handling the arrangements.
