Sandra K. Millice

WELLMAN ? Sandra Kay Millice, 45, of Wellman died Monday, April 10, 2017, at her home.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Friday, April 14, at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman with the Rev. Moody Colorado officiating. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A general memorial fund has been established. The Powell Funeral Home in Wellman is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Millice was born Aug. 3, 1971, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Richard and Rosemary (St. Clair) Brewer. She married Mark Millice on May 17, 1997, at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman.

She moved with her family to New Mexico and then to Florida. She had lived in Iowa since 1989. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and puzzles. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman.

Surviving are her husband, Mark, of Wellman; three daughters, Rochelle England and husband James of Texas, Kristina Millice of Wellman, and Breanna Millice of Wellman; two sons, Devin Ulin of Washington, and Jon Phillips and wife Heather of Wellman; seven grandchildren; four brothers, Thomas Brewer of Michigan, Stephen Brewer and wife Sandy of Tama, Randy Brewer of Tama, and Leo Brewer of Bradenton, Florida; and one sister, Brenda Watkins of Wellman.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Richard, and Sam; and one sister, Debra Snow.
