Sara Gabrielle Blum, 51, of Fairfield, died Friday, Jan. 5, 2007, at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.
A memorial service is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jim Cecil officiating. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Noah's Ark in Fairfield.
