Sarah R. Ruegsegger
WELLMAN - Sarah Roxine Ruegsegger, 81, of Wellman, died Sunday, Oct. 22, 2000, as a result of an automobile accident near North English.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26, at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman, with the Rev. Marlene Janssen officiating. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A memorial fund has been established for the Franklin United Methodist Church, the Wellman Scofield Library and the Wellman Senior Center.
