Sarah Feather Ruggles, Macau, South China, passed away Aug. 31, 2020. She was 50 years old. She was married to Bob Ruggles, formerly of Fairfield, now living in Macau.
They had two boys, Ben and John. Bob's parents were Cedric Ruggles (deceased) and Dixie Ruggles of Fairfield. Sarah's mother is deceased. Her father lives in the United Kingdom. Allan Ruggles and Ellen Westhoff are the brother and sister-in law of Bob.
