Scott Alan Chase
Scott Alan Chase, 48, of Burns Flat, Okla., died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2009, following a lengthy illness.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Living Waters Church of Burns Flat, with the Rev. Dwight Shepard officiating.
Mr. Chase was born July 14, 1960, in Fairfield, the son of Dale Eugene and Lea Ann Fowler Chase. He married Robbin Loving Dec. 1, 1984, in Des Moines.
Arrangements are in the care of Martin Funeral Home of Elk City, Okla.
