Scott Lawrence Moravec

     Scott Lawrence Moravec, 38, of Bloomington, Ill., formerly of New London, died Friday, June 12, 2009, in Bloomington.

    Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 20, in the Elliott Chapel in New London with the Rev. Don Collings officiating. Family visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the chapel. Burial will be in the Burge Cemetery in New London. Memorials may be made to an education fund for Mr. Moravec?s children or to the Boy Scouts of America. The Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington is assisting with the arrangements.

    Mr. Moravec was born June 29, 1970, in New London, the son of Larry and Maribeth (Oetken) Moravec. He married Beth Gates on Oct. 20, 1990, in Danville.
