Shawn Lee Butterbaugh
WELLMAN-Shawn Lee Butterbaugh, 21, of Wellman, died Friday, April 23, 2004, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident near Cosgrove.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 30, at Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman, with the Rev. Don Ridenour officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home, with family present from from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A general memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Butterbaugh was born on Feb. 3, 1983, in Iowa City, to Alice Yoder and Ronald Butterbaugh.
