Shelby Marie Bentler, 15, of Bonaparte, died on Oct. 14, at her home.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18, at Harmony High School in rural Farmington, where the family will meet with friends from 5-8 p.m.; a rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19, at Harmony High School, with Fr. Gary Beckman officiating. Burial will be in Bonaparte Cemetery in Bonaparte. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Harmony Athletic Department or St. Boniface Catholic Church. King-Lynk Funeral Home of Fort Madison and Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home of Farmington are in charge of arrangements.
