Shirley A. Steele, 84, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of Burlington and Ottumwa, died Monday, July 12, 2021. A graveside memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, 2021, at the Agency Cemetery, Agency, Iowa. Kimzey Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant, is caring for Shirley and her family.
