Shirley Adelaide Millhouse
Shirley Adelaide Forke Mackon Millhouse, 70, of Fairfield, died Friday, April 7, 2006, at Jefferson County Hospital.
A service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Thomas Shipley officiating.
Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Mrs. Millhouse was born May 14, 1935, in Pipestone, Manitoba, Canada, the birth daughter of George Forke and Isabel Hall. She was later adopted by Alexander and Annie Hall Mackon. She married Robert Millhouse Feb. 9, 1954, in Ottumwa. He died Jan. 6, 1991.
