Shirley Irene Tedrow

      Shirley Irene Tedrow, 30, of North Liberty, died at 4:10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, 2001, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

      The funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9, at the Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Rev. Phil Campbell officiating. Family visitation will be 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8, at the Behner Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery north of Dodds. Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or to the donor?s choice.

      Tedrow was born Sept. 1, 1970, in Fairfield, the daughter of Gary H. and Linda Baxter Tedrow. She lived most of her life in the Salem and Mt. Pleasant communities, graduating from Mt. Pleasant High School in the class of 1988. She attended Indian Hills Community College where she received her secretarial degree. She worked in the accounts receivable department of Culligan Water and U.S. Filter Company in Iowa City.

      Survivors include her parents; two brothers, Ray and David Tedrow, both of Salem; a grandmother, Olive Vogel of Moravia; nieces, nephews and two godchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and an infant sister Tammy.
