Spc. William David 'Dave' Dusenbery
FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, ILL. - Spc. William David 'Dave' Dusenbery, 30, of Fairview Heights, Ill., died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003, in Mosul, Iraq, in a helicopter collision.
Graveside services with full military honors accorded will be officiated by the Rev. Anthony B. Holder at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003. Kassly Mortuary Ltd. of Fairview Heights, Ill., is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Dusenbery was born on Dec. 25, 1972, in Portsmouth, Va.
