Stanley Duane Bean
WINFIELD - Stanley Duane Bean, 78, of Columbus Junction, died Monday, Sept. 3, 2007, in his home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7 in the Honts Funeral Home in Winfield. Interment will follow at the Columbus City Cemetery. Friends may call from noon until 7 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home where the family will greet friends from 4 to 7 p.m. A general memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Bean was born Sept. 4, 1928, in Washington, the son of Norman and Francis (Eden) Bean. He married Mildred Gerling on July 17, 1949, in Grandview.
