Stephen Cave, age 67, of Keota, died Sunday, March 17th in Keota, Iowa.

Stephen was born May 23, 1951, in Washington, Iowa to Darvin Jr.

and Pauline (Norenberg) Cave, and graduated from Keota High School in 1969.

Stephen then married Lori Hansen March 13, 1976

Stephen was a life long resident of Keota. He was employed by Natural Gas Pipeline for over 45 years.

Stephen was an automotive enthusiast. He was also skilled in metal fabrication and enjoyed making useful items for family and friends. He treasured time with his grandchildren, Jack and Jenna. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend who touched so many lives with his humble generosity.

Survivors include his wife Lori,son Justin (Jamie) grandchildren Jack & Jenna

Brothers Michael (Mary Beth), Jeff , Kevin (Luann), Murray (Kathy)

Sisters Kristi (Rex) Sheetz, Anita Wall, Shelly (Bill) Flynn, Melinda ( Dan) Watson

26 nieces and nephews.

Stephen was preceded in death by brother Greg, brother in law Tom Wall, great nephew Sawyer Springsteen,and his best friend Tom Brinning.

Celebration of Life service will be held March 23rd at Lagos Acres in Keota Iowa at 2-6 pm.
