Stephen Wayne Williams

Stephen Wayne Williams, 64, of rural Danville, died Tuesday, March 29, 2005, at his home.

      The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 2 at the United Church of Christ in Danville, with Pastor Dan Buck officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in rural Danville. Visitation will begin after noon today until 7 p.m. at Elliott Chapel in New London, with family present from 5 to 7 p.m. A memorial has been established to the World Wildlife Fund.

Survivors include a daughter, Wendy Schmidt of Ottosen; two sons, Trent Williams of Chicago, Ill., and Erek Williams of Danville; four grandchildren; his mother of Danville; and two sisters, Irene Dohrmann of Hampton, and Ida Fahrmann of Latimer.

      He was preceded in death by his father.
