Steven Farnsworth

      Steve "Frog" Farnsworth, 57, of Mt. Pleasant, died unexpectedly Friday, Jan. 27, 2006, at Henry County Health Center.

      The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31 at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Dr. Jerry Kelly officiating. His body will be cremated following the funeral.

      Visitation will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m.

      Memorials have been established to the American Cancer Society and to Mrs. Terry Mertens' living skills classroom at Van Allen Elementary School.

      Mr. Farnsworth was born Oct. 29, 1948, in Burlington, the son of Monte K. and Virginia D. Miller Farnsworth.
