Steven John Svoboda
Steven John Svoboda, 57, of Washington, died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008 in his sister's residence in Cedar Rapids following a two-year battle with cancer.
Private family services will be held at a later date. A general memorial fund has been established. The Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington is assisting with the arrangements.
Mr. Svoboda was born Feb. 17, 1951 in Cedar Rapids, the son of Thomas Emil and Margaret Katherine (Kepler) Svoboda. He married Shelly Fay on Aug. 21, 1971 in Cedar Rapids.
