Steven L. Glover, age 38,

of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, died Friday, October 8, 2021, at the University of Iowa Hospital after a one month illness.

Celebration of Life services will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington, Iowa, with Pastor Jason Collier officiating. The family will

be present to receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Tuesday evening. Interment will take place at the Wellman Cemetery at a later date. Steven was born January 17, 1983, in Washington, Iowa, the son of Jean A. Gilchrist). He attended WACO schools.

Steven worked as a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his fiancee, spending time outdoors, and attending music concerts and demolition derbies.

He is survived by his son, James Allen of Wellman, Iowa; fiancee, SharaSharee Berry of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; mother, Jean Jessup of Anderson, Indiana; father, Garner Glover of Phoenix, Arizona; brother, John Glover of Washington, Iowa; foster parents, Doyle and Irene Bachman of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; foster brothers: Brandon Bachman of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; Derek Bachman of Kalona, Iowa; and Aaron Bachman of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.

Steven was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William and Lorene Gilchrist.
