SueZann Shelman

SueZann Shelman, 60, of Winfield died Wednesday, April 12, 2000, at the University Hospital in Iowa City.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 15, at the Honts Funeral Home in Winfield with the Rev. Harold Schnedler officiating. Interment will follow at the North Wayne Township Cemetery north of Olds. Friends may call from noon until 6 p.m. Friday, April 14, at the Honts Funeral Home. There will be no family visitation and the casket will remain closed. A memorial has been established for the Sunrise Terrace Care Center in Winfield.

Miss Shelman was born Feb. 14, 1940, in Washington, the daughter of Miles D. and Rosamond Edwards Shelman. She attended Olds Elementary School. She was of the Protestant Faith. She loved kittens, children, family and friends.

Survivors include her father of Winfield; two brothers, Miles E. Shelman and Laris E. Shelman, both of Winfield; one niece and six nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother and one nephew, Michael.
