CARLISLE ? Susan M. Bohlen, 56, of Hartford, died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011, in Mercy Hospice in Johnston.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 17, at the Lutheran Church of the Cross in Altoona. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Peterson Funeral Home in Carlisle. Memorial gifts may be directed to the Susan M. Bohlen Memorial.
