Susan ?Susie? A. Staats
Susan ?Susie? A. Staats, 50, of Columbus Junction, died Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, in her home following a battle with cancer.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, in the Presbyterian Church in Columbus Junction with the Rev. Faye Fedlam officiating. The body will be donated to science for the further study of cancer. Her cremains will be buried at a later date in the Columbus City Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for Iowa City Hospice. Beatty Funeral Home in Washington is in charge of the arrangements.
