Sylvester F. Cermak December 20, 1917 - September 28, 2003
Sylvester Frank Cermak, 85, of Oak Brook, Ill., died on Sept. 28, 2003.
The funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1 at Mayslake Chapel in Oak Brook, Ill. Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the chapel.
Survivors include his wife, Irene Zelenka Cermak; two sons, Ray and his wife Edna Cermak and Randall and his wife Janet Cermak of Mt. Pleasant; two daughters, Diane Marsden, and Susan and her husband Charles Simmonds; and 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Irene Malew.
