Tammy Ann Eagen December 2, 1958 - July 30, 2003
Tammy Ann Eagen, 44, of Burlington, died at 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30, 2003, at her home.
There will be no service. The body has been cremated. A memorial has been established for Great River Hospice. Condolences may be e-mailed to the family by visiting her obituary at www.hassfh.com. Hass Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a daughter, Katie Michelle Eagen of Burlington; her parents of Mason City; two brothers, Bill Butterfield of Geneseo, Ill., and Monte Butterfield of Mt. Pleasant; and two sisters, Bonny Davis of New London, and Kim Pepping of Silvis, Ill.
