Taryn Elizabeth Philips

      Taryn Elizabeth Philips, 15, of rural Keosauqua died in a deer-caused one-vehicle accident on Osage Ave., near her home southeast of Keosauqua at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2003.

      The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 26, 2003, in Van Buren Community School gymnasium, with the Rev. Ellis Andrews officiating. Burial will be in Center Chapel Cemetery, southeast of Keosauqua. Visitation will be open at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua from noon until 3 p.m. on Sunday, and at the gymnasium beginning at 5 p.m. on Sunday, with family present from 7 to 9 p.m. Family and friends are welcome at the family home, located at 24344 Osage Ave in Keosauqua.
