Tasha Lynn Ellis, 35, a resident of Fairfield, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024 at MercyOne Downtown in Des Moines.

Funeral services celebrating her life will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2024 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. Burial will be at Abingdon Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Friday. Memorials may be made to the family.

Tasha was born August 19, 1988 in Ottumwa, the daughter of Donald Ellis, Jr. and Sherri (Clark) Ellis. Tasha enjoyed dancing, bowling, going out to eat, listening to music, and going for walks at the park. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Those left to honor her memory include her mother, Sherri Ellis of Fairfield; father, Donald Ellis, Jr. of Fairfield; grandparents, Pauline and Donald Ellis, Sr. of Fairfield; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ralph and Vivian Clark.
