Ted R. Flacksbarth
Ted R. Flacksbarth, 79, of Oakdale, Minn., died on Dec. 12, 2002, after a long illness with congestive heart failure.
The memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 17 at Lutheran Church of Peace in Maplewood, Minn. Burial will be in National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Sandberg Mortuary in North St. Paul, Minn., and one half hour prior to the service Tuesday at the church. A memorial has been established.
