Terry was a devoted farmer and instilled this love of agriculture in his family, many of whom continue to farm the land he cared for throughout his life. In his later years, he could often be found woodworking in his shop, creating requested items to be treasured for many years to come. He enjoyed the challenge of fixing things. Terry also loved the outdoors, especially exploring backcountry Iowa roads and the western region of the U.S., from the seat of his ATV. He enjoyed visiting with family & friends and he will be remembered for his welcoming manner. His unwavering love and devotion for his family will forever be cherished.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of the Halcyon House and Hospice of Washington County for their compassionate care.
