Terrance K. Ellis

Terrance K. Ellis, 61, of Charlotte, died Thursday afternoon, Oct. 20, 2011.

A service was held this morning at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Charlotte, with the Rev. Brian Saunders and the Rev. Dennis Arndt officiating.

Memorials may be made to Concordia Seminary, Fort Wayne, or Immanuel Lutheran Church, Charlotte.

The Rev. Ellis was born Nov. 1, 1949, in Cass City, Mich., the son of Floyd and Betty King Ellis. He married Sandra Ann Rohn July 5, 1969, in Blissfield Township, Mich.

  Survivors include his wife; three children, Bonnie McCarty and husband Les of Fairfield, Chris Ellis of Maquoketa and Terry Ellis Jr. and wife Michelle of Alexander; five grandchildren; and one brother, Richard Ellis of Gould City, Mich.
