Terry J. Messer December 5, 1942 - March 30, 2004

Terry J. Messer, 61, of Fairfield died at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at the Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

      Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 3 at the Behner Funeral Home and Crematory in Fairfield with the Rev. Danny Cary officiating. Burial will be in the Glasgow Cemetery. Visitation with family present, will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to the Henry County Dialysis Department.

Survivors include his mother, Gertrude Lite of Glasgow; two sons, Terry Messer of Fairfield and Tim Messer of Libertyville; two grandchildren; two brothers, Larry and Michael Messer, both of Mt. Pleasant; and one sister, Christine Weinard of Iowa City.

      He was preceded in death by his father and stepfather.
