Terry L. VanVelkinburg
Terry Lee VanVelkinburgh, 41, of Donnellson, died at 3:35 p.m., Friday, Dec. 16, 2005 in the emergency room of Fort Madison Community Hospital following a fire at this home.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday Dec. 20, at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Donnellson with Brother Rich Schmidt officiating. Burial will be at a later date at the Chambersburg Cemetery in Chambersburg, Missouri.
Mr. VanVelkinburgh was born June 14, 1964 in Keokuk, the son of Edward Lee and Lena Kay Salyers.
