Terry Lee Hayes, 62, of Fairfield, Iowa, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City.

Open visitation will be from noon to 7 p.m. Friday, May 8, at the Fairfield Friends Church, (1209 S. Sixth Street). Family will be present from 4 to 7 p.m. standing outside the church. Open Visitation and Services will be conducted under common COVID-19 (coronavirus) safety parameters. Funeral Service will start at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 9, at Fairfield Friends Church for family only, Pastor Len Maselli officiating. It will be live broadcast on Fairfield Iowa Friends Church Facebook page at that time. Family burial will occur at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fairfield Friends Church or Maple Hill Cemetery. Cards and memorials may be sent to Sallie Hayes, 1104 Wedgewood Circle, Fairfield, IA 52556.
